Vikki is an MSP marketing expert. Vikki started her career by managing an IT helpdesk which she left to pursue a post-grad in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Enterprise, which led to her career in marketing.
Working exclusively with MSPs, Vikki became aware that there was too strong a focus on the reliance of marketing to scale a business.
